Information

Our accepted methods of Payment are:

1. Personal cheques - (details of where to send will be on your e-mailed order confirmation)
2. Crossed postal orders - (details of where to send will be on your e-mailed order confirmation)
3. Credit or debit through Paypal - 100% secure.
4. Via your paypal account.
5. Via bank transfer – (details of which will be on your e-mailed order confirmation.)

Postage charges are only applicable to residents within UK.
If you are from outside the UK and wish to place an order, please contact us to get an accurate shipping cost prior to placing it. At present we can only accept a payment via paypal for orders outside the UK

Shipping and Carriage Information:

We aim to ship all orders within 3 days of the original purchase date if paying by credit card or paypal. If paying by personal cheque or crossed postal order your order will be shipped within 7-10 days.
All purchases are shipped via Royal Mail 2nd class post (allow 1-5 days from dispatch date).
Proof of posting is always obtained.

Carriage charges are as follows:

Orders below £10.00 - £2.00 carriage
Between £10-20 - £3.00 carriage
£20-£50 - £4.00 carriage
Over £50.00 - Free

Returns Policy:

In the unlikely event that you should need to return your purchase, they will not be accepted without prior authorisation.
Please e-mail returns@kookykitsch.co.uk within 5 days of receiving your order if there is a problem or the product is unsuitable.

All new items must be returned to us in the condition they arrived to the customer in. (unless a serious fault has occurred.) We do not accept any returns over 15 days from the date of receival.
All authorised returns will be credited to the customer, in one of the following ways the customer chooses. Via paypal, cheque or postal order. We do NOT refund the postage charges if a customer changes their mind.
All returns must be sent via recorded delivery with a copy of the e-mails involved in the discussion of the return, so we know which it is! Shipping costs cannot be refunded unless we sent you something in error or it is a faulty product.

Kooky Kitsch Bazaar items are sold as seen on the website. These items are often 2nd hand, but the condition of the product will be described in the main description exactly & we cannot offer refunds if the product was incorrectly read & an assumption was made that it was brand new. If we describe the products condition incorrectly, we will offer a full refund.
